Education Qualification: Graduate with MBA Mktg specialization (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Leading a highly motivated team of sales and sales executives to achieve sales goals and revenue targets
- Medium & Large scale accounts acquisitions for e-branding, Digital marketing, Website development, SEO, SEM, Social media marketing, online advertizing, portals & large corporate websites
- Thorough Market analysis, competition analysis and devise sales strategies
- Identify, research and evaluate new business opportunities, establish contacts with MNC clients for web development and digital marketing services
- Spearhead and manage online and social media activities for the company
Required Skillsets
- Must be a self starter having a flair for selling
- Must have 4 to 5 Years work experience in advertizing, online media, dotcom or branding with a minimum of 2+ years experience work with Web agencies, Digital Marketing agencies, Advertizing agencies, IT companies ( Web development)
- Experience specifically in sales of web services viz. website designing, portal development, e-branding, online advertising, corporate websites, enterprise application development, SMO, SEM is preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation & communication, analytical skills and interpersonal skills
- Meet with business targets set for the accounting year on a monthly basis and ensure a steady booking of orders throughout the year
- Build company profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns
- Set evaluation parameters to gauge customer satisfaction about the products and services offered by the company
- Past demonstrated experience in sales and marketing and ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to generate consistent sales and selling premium solutions to customers
- Excellence in IT sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability
