Title: Business Development Manager
Experience:  4 to 5 Years sales work experience with Web agencies, Digital Marketing agencies and/or Advertising agencies
Education Qualification: Graduate with MBA Mktg specialization (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a highly motivated team of sales executives to achieve sales goals and revenue targets
  • Generate leads and make pitch presentations to prospective clients
  • Responsible for medium & large scale accounts acquisitions for our service offerings including branding, Digital marketing, Website development, SEO, SEM, Social media marketing, online advertising, portals & large corporate websites
  • Devise sales strategies through thorough Market analysis and competition analysis
  • Identify, research and evaluate new business opportunities, establish contacts with MNC clients for branding, advertising & digital marketing services
  • Spearhead and manage online and social media activities for the company
  • Meet with business targets set for the accounting year on a monthly basis and ensure a steady booking of orders throughout the year
  • Set evaluation parameters to gauge customer satisfaction about the products and services offered by the company

Candidate profile:

  • Self-motivated individual with a passion for selling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have 4 to 5 Years work experience in advertising, online media or branding with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience with Digital Marketing and/or Advertising agencies
  • Experience specifically in sales of services viz. branding & advertising, website designing and digital marketing
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Past demonstrated experience in sales and marketing and ability to meet sales targets
  • Excellence in digital sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability
