- Fresh and creative talent with an eye towards creativity, quality & consistency
- Strong animation timing and aesthetic sensibilities
- Evaluating client design needs and exceeding expectations
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Able to thrive in deadline driven environment
- Work closely with team leader and other designers to achieve client objectives
- Must be able to handle a number of projects simultaneously
- Good oral and written communication skills a must

| Required Skillsets: |
- Expert knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and other design applications
- Expert knowledge in Flash and Macromedia Shockwave
- Working knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and DHTML
- Good knowledge of the latest web technologies, cross browser and platform issues
- HTML coding experience / Using Macromedia Dreamweaver
- Graduation in fine arts/ GD art would be preferred
- 1+ years professional experience in web design and multimedia production
